01 · Editorial manifesto

Written from the market floor, not the sidelines.

Danske Gas Intelligence is the publishing imprint of Danske Gas S.A. It carries analyses prepared by the teams that run the company's physical trade in energy carriers – from contracting, through seaborne imports, to deliveries. We write about what the flows, the logistics and the regulation actually show.

Every issue has a fixed structure and a methodology note: where the data comes from, how it was calculated and the date it was closed. We separate observation from forecast, and ambition from achievement. We do not publish material that cannot be checked at the source.

IFacts over adjectivesNumbers carry a source and a cut-off date; judgement is left to the reader.
IIMethodology in every issueWhere the data comes from and how it is calculated – the note is part of the issue, not a footnote.
