01General provisions

The danskegas.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Danske Gas S.A., registered office at ul. Zygmunta Słomińskiego 7/215, 00-195 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000861970, VAT PL5252838136, REGON 387197468, District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), share capital 20 000 000 PLN, paid in full (the “Company”).

These terms set out the rules for using the Site, including the contact form.

02Definitions

• Site – the website available at danskegas.com.
• User – any person using the Site.
• Company – Danske Gas S.A.

03Nature of the Site

The Site is informational in nature. The content, data and materials it contains do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code or a binding proposal to conclude a contract; they are provided for information.

A message sent through the contact form serves to get in touch with the Company and does not conclude a contract.

04Rules of use

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice. Providing unlawful content and any action disrupting the Site is prohibited.

Proper use of the Site requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.

05Portals (Client portal, Data Room, Employee portal)

Alongside the information pages, the Company provides portals that require signing in: the Client portal (orders, invoices, deliveries and documents relating to the client's agreement), the Data Room (documents and reports for the Company's banks and stakeholders) and the Employee portal (access to internal systems for the Company's employees).

Access is granted by the Company on the basis of an agreement with the client, an invitation to a stakeholder or an employment relationship. An account is activated with a personal access code provided by the account manager; subsequent sign-ins use a passkey stored on the user's device. The Company does not store passwords.

Access codes and passkeys are assigned to a specific person. The user keeps them from third parties and informs the Company if they are lost or appear to have been used by someone else; the Company can then issue a new code and revoke the existing keys.

Data shown in the portals comes from the Company's systems and serves the performance of the agreement; content available after signing in is confidential. For matters concerning access, accounts and the operation of the portals, please contact the Company via the contact form or your account manager; comments and complaints are handled as described in the “Complaints” section.

06Intellectual property

All materials on the Site – including texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, layout and code – are protected by law and are the property of the Company or used under appropriate licences. Their use beyond the scope permitted by law requires the Company’s consent.

07Nature of the content and availability of the Site

The Company takes care to keep the content of the Site current and accurate; it is provided for information. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to technical work.

08External links

The Site contains links to websites of other entities; their own rules and privacy policies apply there.

09Complaints

Comments and complaints about the Site's operation can be sent via our contact form. We will consider them within a reasonable time.

10Final provisions

Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law. These terms may be amended; the current version is available at this address. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
