How to recognise genuine contact from Danske Gas
Danske Gas S.A. uses only email addresses in the @danskegas.com domain for its correspondence. We do not use free email services such as gmail.com. A message sent from such an account does not come from us.
We sell directly, without intermediaries or trading platforms. We accept payment only by bank transfer to our bank accounts listed in the VAT taxpayer register of the Polish Ministry of Finance (the ‘white list’). We do not accept payment in any other form.
We sign our documents and offers exclusively with a qualified electronic signature. We do not use scanned stamps or scanned signatures.

The addresses and telephone number listed above are used to circulate ‘Soft Corporate Offer’ (SCO) documents signed in the name of ‘Danske Gas Joint Stock Company’. The senders of these documents also refer to the Management Board of Danske Gas S.A.
The entity ‘Danske Gas Joint Stock Company’ does not exist in Poland or in any other country. We operate solely as Danske Gas S.A. (KRS 0000861970). The company trades in fuels in its own name and for its own account – it does not represent any refinery and does not issue a ‘mandate’ of any kind. Neither this type of document nor an ‘SCO’ document is used in trading. The Management Board does not take part in commercial transactions and does not make offers. The documents described above do not originate from the company or from its Management Board.
Examples of wording used in the fraudulent messages:
- ‘Authorized Refinery Mandate’
- ‘authorized mandate holder representing refineries’
- ‘Danske Gas Joint Stock Company is a different company’
- ‘official refinery mandate’
- ‘working on commission’
Please exercise caution with unsolicited offers, deceptively similar domain names and individuals claiming to represent us. We have reported known cases of impersonation of Danske Gas S.A. to the law enforcement authorities.
