For the banks, bondholders and partners that finance us: audited annual statements, quarterly reports in the Data Room and material disclosures as they occur.
We report to the standard of a listed company: quarterly reports are provided to stakeholders on a non-public basis through the Data Room, and the annual financial statements are filed with the National Court Register (KRS) to the extent required by law and made available to stakeholders in full. Statements are prepared in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act. The annual financial statements are audited by a statutory auditor.
Share capital: 20 000 000 PLN, paid in full.
