Danske Gas is a multi-energy operator holding OPZ, OPC, OEE, OGZ and OPG licences. We handle physical supply and institutional trading, drawing on a portfolio of energy carriers, seaborne imports, logistics and risk management.

We import LPG, LNG, diesel and biofuels and trade in electricity. We buy full seaborne cargoes and sell in Poland and on European Union markets.

We run every transaction as one process – contract, delivery, reporting – with decision rights assigned at each stage.

We combine licensed trading, logistics and financing to operate on a large scale – working with banks, suppliers and strategic partners.

We are an independent fuel importer. We operate under licences granted by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE): OPZ (cross-border trading in liquid fuels), OPC (trading in liquid fuels), OEE (electricity trading), OGZ (cross-border trading in natural gas) and OPG (trading in gaseous fuels). We import fuels by sea through Polish ports and by rail tank wagon from EU markets.

We also supply fuel for the FIA World Rally Championship, the FIA European Rally Championship and the FIA Karting European Championship.

From contract to delivery in a single process.

  1. Contract and financing

    Before the first cargo sets sail, we agree the terms together and secure the delivery.

  2. Seaborne imports and logistics

    Cargoes at Polish ports, terminals and transfer to tankers – planned against the agreed delivery date.

  3. Delivery and settlement

    Invoice, KSeF and the Client portal: all the documents for each delivery in one place.

    1. KZR INiG certification

      We obtained certification of our biofuel and biomass chain under a scheme recognised by the European Commission.

    2. OPZ and OPC licences

      27 December 2023 – licences from the President of URE for cross-border trading (OPZ) and trading in liquid fuels (OPC). The start of licensed operations.

    1. First import: rally fuels

      First deliveries under the licence – FIA WRC rally fuels. The Danske Gas area in the paddock of the 80th Rally Poland in Mikołajki; we have supplied the WRC since that season.

    1. Bureau Veritas attestation

      The KZR INiG scheme passed independent attestation.

    1. Seaborne operations

      March 2026: an LPG cargo by sea to the LPG terminal in Gdynia.

    2. OEE, OGZ and OPG licences

      June 2026 – licences from the President of URE for electricity trading (OEE), cross-border trading in natural gas (OGZ) and trading in gaseous fuels (OPG).

The founder built this company from the ground up and remains its principal shareholder. The people with whom he started earlier ventures are still with him today – only in larger roles.
