Seaborne cargoes. Your own decisions.

A role with the fastest-growing company in the sector.

We look for people from the energy market who want to be responsible for the result of their own area.

Art in the workspace

Our offices display works from the company collection – contemporary painting, rotated every few months.

Why Danske Gas

From electricity to diesel, in one company.

We are active across many segments of the energy market – from electricity and natural gas to LPG and diesel. Trading, logistics, financing and risk management operate as one process, so decisions taken in one area show in the others – and so does who took them.

Decisions that show in the results

In every role you run a concrete part of a multi-energy operator’s business – a product, a market or a process. You have decision-making authority and see how the work translates into that area’s result.

The framework we work within

We have OPZ, OPC, OEE, OGZ and OPG licences, independently audited accounts, our own and bank financing, and written risk management rules.

People from leading energy groups

The core of our team comes from leading energy and fuel groups. We know what brings people to Danske Gas: the scale of the business – full seaborne cargoes and a wide range of energy carriers – combined with fast decision-making. We give wide latitude and expect self-reliance in return. Here, the result sets the limit on both your authority and your pay.

Collaboration across functions

Sales, logistics and risk management work closely together, each within its own area of responsibility. A short information path means decisions are taken close to the market.

Career areas

Areas where we recruit experienced people.

We look for experienced traders as well as managers ready to take responsibility for a team and an area’s result. Applications

Via the contact form – CV as a PDF file, without a cover letter, with an answer of a few sentences to a single question: ‘After a meeting, the Management Board takes five decisions concerning five different people. A week later it wants to know only this: what has been done, what has not been done and why. How should this process be organised?’ Applications without an answer will not be considered. Selection: the question in the application, then a practical task, then an interview with the Management Board.
