Danske Gas at the Argus LPG conference

Danske Gas was the Silver Sponsor of the conference – the company’s logo opened the sessions on the main-hall screen, and sideline conversations centred on LPG supply for Türkiye and South-East Europe.

Argus LPG is the annual conference of Argus Media – a global commodity price reporting agency – dedicated to the European and global LPG market. The sixth edition took place on 17–18 October 2024 at the InterContinental Istanbul, bringing together producers, refiners, traders, distributors and financial institutions from across the global LPG market.

The conference agenda centres on market fundamentals ahead of the winter season: prices, seaborne freight and supply balances in Europe. The conference took place two months before the EU ban on Russian LPG imports fully entered into force, which for Central European markets, including Poland, meant reshaping supply routes and a growing role for transatlantic imports.
